The area is situated on the border of Haná and Drahanská vrchovina. In addition to accommodation and catering, you can choose from a wide range of outdoor activities.

There are 2 apartments, 8 double rooms with extra bed and 5 standard double rooms. The property has a restaurant, a large garden hall with a separate bar and sanitary facilities. Outside these facilities there is a summer garden, a children's playground and a zoo corner. In the courtyard area there is an outdoor bar and grill with the possibility of roasting piglets and venison. There is a small pond right next to the property where guests can try fishing.

Guests also have access to a small playground and a paintball field. The attraction of the complex is undoubtedly its own game preserve, which covers an area of 102 hectares. Dybovsky deer and spotted woodpecker are kept in the game preserve. Guests have easy access to the game preserve, and a guide is available on request to give visitors an insight into the life and habits of the animals.

Last but not least, there are stables with an equestrian area, where 20 horses, mostly of the Czech Warmblood and English Thoroughbred breeds, are stabled.

Horse riding lessons, trips to the countryside, training in parkour on the outdoor riding arena, or stabling of horses are offered.

Directly in front of Bělecky Mlýn, hippotherapy trails of 3, 6 and 9 km in length start, leading to tourist attractions in the surroundings and equipped with orientation signs and information and educational boards.
