Do you know

  • The Geschader House, as the building is now called after its last owner, was originally part of a Dominican monastery, but later acquired its Baroque appearance, including arcades and a mansard roof. In the second half of the 20th century it housed the Šumperk Museum. In 1995, an extensive reconstruction was completed, making the Geschader House a European meeting house and a meeting place for the German and Czech inhabitants of North Moravia. The Jeseníky Tourist Board is also based here.
