  • The confectioner processes the highest range of Carla chocolate, which has been produced in Dvůr Králové nad Labem since 1993. However, the chocolate gains quality only through further processing. First it is heated to about 50 degrees Celsius, when all the aromatic substances are combined, and at that moment it is poured and tempered on a marble slab. It can also be done in tempering machines, but the Velkolosinská confectioner prefers to work by hand, which gives the local chocolate its crunch and deliciousness.
