Restaurant and hotel Křížový vrch

You are here:
Jeseník

The name Křížový vrch (Cross Hill) comes from the time when a wooden chapel stood on this spot near Jeseník.

In the chapel there was an image of Jesus Christ, to which, as penance, the faithful carried a wooden cross from Frývaldov, and the Way of the Cross was built from the alms. The original building was one of the oldest restaurants in the area. The interior is built in a hunting style, you can see many kinds of exhibits of the rich fauna offered by the Rough Jeseníky Mountains.

Accommodation is provided in Comfort, Classic, family rooms and apartments with a total capacity of 32 beds. The hotel also offers accommodation in two apartments with a living area, where there are two beds and a separate kitchenette. The suites also have a bathroom, toilet and a bedroom with two more beds. There is also an attic double room with an extra bed, which has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Each of the rooms has a unique view and some of the rooms are furnished with a balcony so you can enjoy the surrounding countryside first thing in the morning.

As an added bonus, the hotel offers not only a private whirlpool, but also a private cinema.

The restaurant is known for its excellent Czech cuisine. Among the most popular are venison and specialties such as roast duck, boar loin on cream with cranberries.

Every year on the feast of St. Anne a service and a pilgrimage is held here.
