A popular excursion spot, 10 km from Prostějov, is Bělecký Mill. Here you will find a restaurant with summer seating, play elements for children and an outdoor gym.

From here it is only 10 km to the Plumlovská Dam recreational area or 6 km to Čech pod Kosířem, where you can see the castle, the film exhibition of directors Zdeněk and Jan Svěrák, the nearby Carriage Museum and relax in the castle park. You can also go to the "Haná MontBlanc" - to Velký Kosíř. You will be rewarded with a beautiful view from the local lookout tower. In another 5 km you will reach the spa village of Slatinice, from where you can head to the castle in Náměšt' na Hané (9 km) or to Olomouc (16 km).
