The cottage is located in an area with zero industrial pollution. In the transitional spring and autumn period, when the prices for accommodation are particularly favourable, the cottage is an ideal place for convalescent stays of children affected by asthma and bronchitis due to the influence of civilization factors. In summer, Paprsek is an excellent base for hiking.
The cottage was built in 1932 in just four months by the Moravian-Silesian Association.For its time it was luxuriously equipped with central heating, its own power plant, a well, hot and cold water in all rooms.
The original name of the cottage was "Silesian House" (Schlesierhaus). The chalet has 2,3,4 bed rooms with bathroom, TV and internet. There is also a restaurant, dining room for hotel guests, sauna, spacious children's playroom, shoe drying room.
The panoramic terrace is connected to the meadow with a chapel.
