An original savoury delicacy to accompany beer or wine are Poštulka's tvarůžková desserts. Today, you can taste 15 types of desserts made from Olomouc tvarůžky - the only original Czech cheese that was awarded the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) in 2010.

It is most often a combination of puff pastry with a fine foam of Olomouc tvarůžky. You can also taste desserts made of potato or sponge dough.

Tvarůžky desserts have won awards such as Regional Food of the Olomouc Region, Czech Chutney or Top Product OK. The cakes are also certified as Haná regional product, which guarantees their origin in the region and their environmentally friendly production.Y

ou can buy Tvarůžkové moučníky in Loštice (from the square 80 steps towards the church). You can also find tvarůžková lokša, tvarůžková roulade, tvarůžková strudel or tvarůžková cake.

The menu of the pastry shop also includes other specialties made from tvarůžky - potato pancakes, lángos, hot dog or tartare.
