A unique Museum of Tvarůžky devoted to the history and presence of the production of this popular cheese, with its powerful smell, and a new cheese shop were established on the site of the original cheese factory in the A.W. plant in 1994.

The museum exhibits include tools used in the production of tvarůžky. In the basement, the grinding and pressing of curds is documented, while other floors present the production of Olomoucké tvarůžky. A video recording shows how they are produced at present in comparison with the production in the 1920s. For more than 600 years, the Loštice cheese factory has been producing the original Olomoucké tvarůžky, which have gained popularity at home as well as abroad. Real gourmets surely do enjoy the only original Czech cheese together with an excellent local beer. You can unveil the mystery of the production of this delicious cheese directly in the production plant or learn about its history in the museum.
