Where can you find the route?

The tour starts and ends in Zábřeh in Moravia and gradually takes you through the Moravian landscape with beautiful views from the hills of the Low Jeseník or Zábřežská vrchovina. More challenging undulating terrains are replaced by a relaxing ride through Litovelské Pomoraví and the plain of Haná.

What goodies can you look forward to?

The first stop is right in Zábřeh, where you will be welcomed by the Palace of Flavours, where you can taste amazing homemade delicacies in the family-run Via Delicia cannery.

Next, the route will take you to Loštice, which is inseparably linked to the genuine Olomouc tvarůžky, which is the only domestic cheese to have made it into the world-renowned Great Encyclopaedia of Cheese. You can learn all about their production in the Olomouc tvarůžky Museum.

If you want to try something less traditional, try the tvarůžky desserts offered by the Tvarůžková Cukrárna in Loštice.  And the most adventurous can try the tvarůžková ice cream in the local café U Lišky Bystroušky.

Delicacies made from sheep, goat and cow's milk are waiting for you at the Ofčím farm in Brníček´o, the Goat Farm in Pobučí and Doubravský Dvůr.

The Lavender Farm in Bezděkov will enchant you not only with its smell and picturesqueness, but also with the taste of lavender-flavoured specialities.

In Úsov, you can replenish your energy with a muesli bar, meat lovers will enjoy  homemade smoked meat and at the end you can indulge in a sweet spot in the form of Troubelice chocolate.

And if you like to play a little, you can collect stamps for the playing card along the way. If you get at least six, you'll be rewarded with a commemorative magnet.

What you shouldn't miss on the way

The cycle route is not just about the food, you'll also get to know a bit of local history and traditions along the way. You will be enchanted by the views of Bouzov Castle, Mírov Castle and Úsov Castle with its unique hunting and forestry museum. Úsov, like nearby Loštice, boasts interesting Jewish monuments.

If you are going on a trip with children, you can take the nature trail from Loštice in the footsteps of the fox Bystrouška. Train lovers will be delighted by the Railway Museum in Lupěně.

Some practical information at the end

The route is marked with yellow signs throughout its length. But don't be alarmed, you don't have to complete the route in one go. On the contrary, we recommend that you split it into several days so that you can enjoy each stop. If you have an electric bike, you will appreciate that there are 2 charging stations along the route.
